SADDLE RIVER DAY (22-1) --
The Rebels showed that they are the class of Bergen County by routing Immaculate Conception, 53-36, to claim their first Bergen County title. It was the Michelle Sidor Show once again as she scored 34 points in a dominating performance. Right behind her was Dani McMahon (heading to Stanford for Lacrosse), who scored 15 points and added great defense. During the week they beat Lincoln, 55-54, and will play Teaneck on Friday night before opening the states on March 3. |

NORTHERN VALLEY/OLD TAPPAN (18-4) -- In their only game last week the Golden Knights beat Tenafly, 56-26, as Alex George scored 20 points. Rival Demarest on Tuesday and then the states with Garfield on February 29. |

IMMACULATE HEART ACADEMY (15-6) --
The Blue Eagles won their only game last week, beating Northern Highlands, 48-32, as Jordan Wilmoth scored 26 points including the 1,000th of her career. They open the Non-Public North A state sectional tournament on March 4 against Mount St. Dominic. |

EASTSIDE (13-10) --
The Ghosts could be finally rounding into form after playing a very tough schedule to open the season. They beat West Milford, 47-32, to advancie to the Passaic County finals against Kennedy next Saturday. They beat Kennedy on Thursday night, 44-35, as Natalie Cortes scored 13 points. They will open the North 1, Group 4 state sectional tournament as the No. 6 seed against Morris Knolls. |

KENNEDY (17-7) --
The Knights advanced to the much anticipated Passaic County championship game where they will see their cross town rival Eastside after cruising past Wayne Hills, 63-45, in the semifinals behind Latice Cunningham’s 15 points. During the week they beat Passaic and lost to Eastside, 44-35. They will meet for the third time as each team has won once thus far this season, and could meet a fourth time in the states |

RAMAPO (17-6) -- The Raiders beat Paramus, 65-26, and Dumont, 44-31, last week. Hackensack on Tuesday and a win hands them their seconnd league title in a row. They will see Westwood this week as they set their sights on the states, opening with Bergenfield and possibly Northern Highlands after that in North 1, Group 3. |

The Indians beat Bergenfield, 51-26, on Thursday and then lost to Teaneck the following night, 65-48. They will play Montclair on Tuesday and open with Dwight Morrow in the states. |

The Thunderbirds picked up three more wins including a huge 44-34 win over Westwood to claim a share of the league title. Sam Haubner was the star as she scored 18 points in the big win and they swept the Cardinals in both games they played. Also added a nice win of 51-38 at home against NV/Demarest as Kayla Devine scored 21 points. Lastly they beat Hackensack, 54-40. Open with Kittattiny on March 1 in the states |

The Bees beat Hudson Catholic, 56-37, to advance to the Hudson County Tournament semifinals where they will see defending champion Secaucus. Madison McGlone scored 19 points and Jesse Seminak had 16 points and 15 rebounds in the win. |

The Lions put up an impressive fight last week as they almost knocked off No.1 Saddle River Day before falling by a single point, 55-54. They beat Hoboken, 61-17, in the Hudson County quarterfinals and will meet Marist in the semifinals on Wednesday. |

The Norsewomen had a tough week in losing two of three starting with a disappointing 55-54 loss at North Bergen, and then struggled at Mahwah in losing handily, 51-38. Ended the week with a 62-49 win over Glen Rock after trailing just before the half. Big matchup with Old Tappan on Tuesday before the states where they will open with Mountain Lakes. |

The Patriots advanced to their sixth straight Hudson County semifinal after beating North Bergen, 60-51, behind Amanda Ulrich’s 23 points. They will look to defend their title as they meet Bayonne in the semifinals on Wednesday at St. Peter’s University. The ollowing day they will get Queen of Peace. They also added a win over Ridgefield, 65-50. |
