SADDLE RIVER DAY (20-1) --
The Rebels advanced to the Bergen County final as they opened up an 18-1 lead on Old Tappan and held on to win 52-40. Michelle Sidor scored 13 of her 26 points in the fourth quarter to put the game out of reach. Earlier in the week, they beat Midland Park, 65-30, and Sayreville, 86-44 as Sidor scored 67 points combined in those two games. Will be the No. 1 1 seed in Non Public B North and should see Morris Catholic in the semifinals at home and possibly Queen of Peace in the final. They will play High Point on February 23rd. Immaculate Conception awaits in Sunday's county championship game. |

IMMACULATE CONCEPTION (15-5) --
The Blue Wolves advanced to the Bergen County final by beating Teaneck, 39-36, and will face Saddle River Day. During the week they beat Mendham, 49-34, as Jordan McLemore scored 14 and then beat Union Catholic, 47-21, as Jasmine Gee scored 15. They will not participate in the state playoffs this year as they did not meet the requirement of playing 70 percent of their games against New Jersey opponents. |

NORTHERN VALLEY/OLD TAPPAN (17-4) -- The Knights, playing without two starters lost to ACL injuries, showed their toughness in the county semifinals as they dug themselves an 18-1 hole against Saddle River Day to make it a 4-point game through three quarters, but just could not slow down Michele Sidor in a 52-40 loss. Last Tuesday the Knights beat Teaneck, 46-33, as their defense clamped down in the third quarter with a a 13-1 outburst that provided the margin of victory. They are the No. 1 seed and defending champion in North 1, Group 3 and could see winner of Teaneck/River Dell in a sectional semifinal. |

QUEEN OF PEACE (17-1) --
After their upset loss in the Bergen County Tournament quarterfinals, the Golden Griffins are taking aim at the state tournament where they are the
No. 3 seed in Non Public B North. Will most likely see Newark Academy in the semifinals on March 5. They ripped two more teams from the NJIC last week in Secaucus, 74-32, as Brennah Cody scored 27 points and Lyndhurst, 67-14, as Forever Toppin had 14 points. |

TEANECK (14-6) --
The Highwaywomen dropped a tough 39-36 decision to Immaculate Conception in the Bergen County semifinals after leading 17-16 at halftime. Earlier in the week they lost at Old Tappan, 49-33, but bounced back with a 39-26 victory over Bergenfield on Thursday. They are the No. 5 seed in North 1, Group 3 and could play a rubber match with Old Tappan in the section semifinals but will need to get past River Dell on the road. |

KENNEDY (15-6) --
The Knights have now won nine straight and, dating back to their
1-point loss to Saddle River Day on Jan 3, their only losses are to Blair Academy and out of state Ridgefield (CT). They won three games last week including a 68-36 quarterfinal county win over DePaul as Tajae Stevenson had 28 points. That set up a semifinal game with Wayne Hills. Also beat Bergen Tech, 58-32, and Clifton, 78-27. Eastside rematch comes on Thursday. The Knights are the No. 4 seed in North 1, Group 4 and should see Morristown, the top seed, in the sectional semifinals. |

IMMACULATE HEART ACADEMY (14-6) --
The Blue Eagles picked up an easy win over Holy Angels, 49-24, as Megan Swords had 19 points and then beat Ramapo 42-33 as Jordan Wilmoth finished off the Raiders in the final 45 seconds by converting 7 points at the line to turn a 4-point game into a 42-33 win. The only obstacle to the Non Public A title will be Paramus Catholic, a team that beat the Eagles last week. |

PASCACK VALLEY (16-5) --
The Indians move up one spot after winning two games last week. They beat Tenafly, 64-44, as Briana Wong scored 12 points and followed that up with a 50-47 win at home against Demarest as Kelly Smith scored 18 points. A big league game at Teaneck Tuesday night. The Indians are the No. 2 seed in the North 1, Group 3 playoffs. |

The Norsewomen dropped two of three games last week that started with a 66-38 win over Tenafly. They will be the No. 4 seed in North 1, Group 2 and should see High Point on the road in the sectional semifinals. |

RAMAPO (15-6) -- The Raiders blew an 11-point third quarter lead at Northern Highlands and lost 51-48 in a rematch of a game the Raiders won earlier in the season. Also lost to IHA, 42-33. The Cardinals won three games last week and have now won 11 of their last 12 with their only loss being to Saddle River Day in the Bergen County Tournament. They beat Pascack Hills, 48-26, as Jade Hines-Clarke scored 18, then easily handled Ramsey, 47-14, limiting the Rams to only three field goals in the final three quarters. Finally, beat Rutherford 49-30. They are the No. 6 seed in North 1, Group 2 and should see Jefferson in the sectional semifinals on the road. |

Thursday they see Kennedy with a chance to exact some revenge on their loss to them two weeks ago |

The Bees have won 14 straight after their 68-38 win over Union City as Stephanie Peters had 16 points. They are the No. 1 seed in the Hudson County Tournament and should see the winner of Secaucus and North Bergen in the semifinals. For the states they are the No. 1 seed in North 2, Group 4, but a possible quarterfinal game with Watchung Hills will not be easy. |

The Highlanders are starting to put it together as they picked up two wins last week that turned around early season losses. They got some revenge in beating Ramapo, 51-48, and Ridgewood 54-43 with Madison Grossman scoring 32 points in those two games combined. They have some big games coming up in IHA, Immaculate Conception and Saddle River Day. They are the No. 6 seed in the North 1, Group 3 playoffs and will get Wayne Valley to start. |

The Thunderbirds are playing well as of late, picking up three wins last week and are 13-2 in their last 15 games. Last week they beat rival Ramsey, 56-28, River Dell, 33-31, in a defensive struggle as Sam Haubner scored 11 points and, finally, Indian Hills, 54-40, as Casey Doran scored 16 points. Huge league game Tuesday in Westwood. The T-Birds are the no. 7 seed in North 1, Group 2 and will most likely travel to play Jefferson in the quarterfinals. |

The Maroons won two of three games last week with their lone loss being at Northern Highlands, 54-43. They beat Indian Hills, 59-50, as Brielle Sharkey had 11 points and also beat Dumont, 61-22, as Jules Rosen had a season-high 19 points. The Maroons are the No. 2 seed in North 1, Group 4. |

They are the county No. 2 seed and could meet Marist in the semifinals. The Lions are the No. 3 Central Group 2 and could meet Manasquan in the section semifinals. |

RIVER DELL (11-5) --The Golden Hawks won two of three last week starting with a 55-23 win over Fort Lee as Emma Plutnicki had 11 points. They dropped a 33-31 decision to Mahwah and then beat St. Mary, 53-36, as Plutnicki once again led with 18 points. The Hawks are the No. 4 seed in North 1, Group 3 and should see Teaneck at home in the sectional quarterfinals. |

The Patriots have now won five straight including a 53-33 win over Lakeland in the passaic County Tournament quarterfinals to set up a semifinal game with Kennedy on Saturday. Taylor Rodriguez led the team with 20 points. Earlier in the week they beat Fair Lawn, 56-44. They are the No. 7 seed in North 1, Group 3 and will play West Milford in the first round. |
