MAHWAH -- Grace O'Shea was the best hurdler in New Jersey in 2019, the Group 3 and State Meet of Champions winner, and then finished sixth at the New Balance Nationals to become the first-ever All-American in the history of the storied Ramapo High School Track & Field Program.
