NORTH JERSEY -- Welcome to the first episode of On the Road with Richie B., the latest multimedia feature from NorthJerseySports.com starring the intrepid Rich Barton. During each episode of this exciting new show, Rich will visit local businesses, large and small, throughout Bergen, Passaic and Hudson counties to find out the secret to their success along with how they are contributing to their communities.
Not surprisingly, Richie wanted our first episode to feature food, so this week we stopped by NorthJerseySports.com site sponsor, and everyone's favorite burrito spot, Moe's Southwest Grill in Paramus. Richie talks to some Moe's regulars and staff before doing a one-on-one interview with owner Lee DiPrizito; who owns five Moe's Southwest Grill locations in the North Jersey area. Then the real fun begins as Richie gets behind the counter and tries to make a burrito himself!
