ST. ANTHONY (28-2) --
The Friars dropped a 56-52 decision to Roselle Catholic in a matchup of the top two teams in the state for the Non Public B state title. It was the third year in a row they have lost to Roselle Catholic in the title game. This was the first time that head coach Bob Hurley has lost to the same team twice in one season. Only at St. Anthony could a 28-2 season be considered somewhat of a disappointment. |
