NORTH JERSEY -- One of the premiere events of the opening weekend of the 2019 softball season was the NFCA Leadoff Classic held in Newark's Branch Brook Park. The legacy of Anthony Larezza, the late IHA head coach, was a focal point of the festivities and he will be inducted posthumously into the NFCA Hall of Fame in December.
