ST. ANTHONY (12-3) -- The Friars picked up two wins while dropping a 64-63 decision to St. Raymond’s (NY) on Friday night in the first round of the SNY Invitational at City College of New York. On Tuesday they struggled with West Side before winning 55-51 as Ithiel Horton led with 16 points. Ffinally beat Mount Vernon (NY), 76-54, in the consolation round of the SNY Invitational as Horton had 23 points. Monday Bergen Catholic on the road and Newark East Side on Thursday. |

BERGEN CATHOLIC (14-2) --
The Crusaders get their chance tonight to prove they are a Top 5 team in the state when St. Anthony visits. On Tuesday they beat DePaul, 88-52, as Gabriel Stefanini had 23 points and then they beat Paramus Catholic 102-26 as 5 kids had double figures. On Saturday in the Jamboree Round of 16 they will meet Bergen Tech. |

HUDSON CATHOLIC (15-3) --
After the big win last week, the Hawks were stunned by Snyder, 68-67, in overtime with a 3 at the buzzer by Freshman Corey Manning-Floyd doing the trick on Thursday night. HC trailed by 41-25 after three quarters but erupted for 34 points in the fourth to push the game into OT as Jahvon Quinerly eclipsed 1,000 career points as he finished with 28. The first loss to a league opponent after 80 straight wins. Beat a very good Bishop McNamara (MD), 56-42, in the inaugural NJ vs DC Collision at Roselle Catholic as Louis King lead with 18 points. Ferris and Memorial on Monday and Tuesday. |

DON BOSCO PREP (15-1) --
The Ironmen picked up a great win on Sunday as they beat a fellow Top 12 team in the state in Notre Dame, 78-75. Marcellus Earlington continues to play at a very high level every game as he had 24 points including four 3-pointers. Notre Dame came in unbeaten on the year and is now 15-1. On Tuesday Bosco hammered Hackensack, 82-58, as it opened a 41-28 lead at halftime, and Earlington led with 24 points. Also knocked off DePaul, 92-58, and four Ironmen had double figures. Burke Catholic (NY) tonight and Bergen Catholic Friday night on the road. On Sunday they get Tenafly in Jamboree. |

ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL (14-3) --The Green Knights have now won nine straight games. Their marque match-up with Teaneck on Tuesday night was extremely entertaining as the Knights won 79-76 behind Isiah Charles, who came off the bench to score 19 points including three huge 3s in the third quarter. Chauncey Hawkins overcame foul trouble finished with 21 points to lead his team. Thursday night they beat Bergenfield, 67-38, and on Sunday they beat St. Peters Prep 70-63.Pascack Valley on Tuesday and Northern Highlands on Saturday in the Jamboree. |

TEANECK (12-5) -- The Highwaymen picked up a solid win on Saturday as they beat Germantown Academy (PA), 74-68, on their home court as Ja’Quaye James poured in 31 points including five 3s. On Tuesday night both James, who had 40, and Leondre Washington II, who had 29 points, combined to score 69 points in the 79-76 loss to St. Joseph. Demarest and Pascack Valley this week. They get Fair Lawn this weekend in the Jambo. |

After back to back losses to Bergen Catholic and Pascack Hills the Knights bounced back by beating Bergenfield, 69-53, as Kevin Eifert led four players in double figures with 17. Beat Pascack Valley 57-48 as Justin Minaya led with 23 points after trailing 17-8 after the firstst quarter. Ridgewood and Tenafly this week and River Dell this weekend in the Jambo. |

The Ghosts won two matter of fact games this past week starting with Passaic Tech, 48-33, as Ta’wan Grier led with 14 points and then beat Clifton on the road, 35-34, as Grier again led his team with 15 points The Ghosts can look ahead to Tuesday’s showdown with Kennedy at home and then Passaic on Thursday. |

The Bruins picked up a big win against Plainfield on Friday night, 61-57, by holding on to just enough of a 15-point lead after three quarters. Kayton Darley had 20 points. Beat Memorial, 50-43, after trailing 21-12 at the half as Noel Karameros and Darley each had 13 points. Added a win over Ferris on the road, 73-61, as Darley again led with 24 points. South Brunswick on Tuesday. |

The Comets got beat up by Don Bosco Prep, 82-58, on Tuesday night but bounced back with an easy 78-53 win over Northern Highlands as they used a 25-7 thrd quarter to break the game open. PETER'S PREP (10-5) --The Marauders won a tough fought game with Dickinson on the road on Tuesday night, 54-50, as Shayne Simon led with 16 points and 11 rebounds after they had built a 32-22 lead at half. The Cowboys added three dominant performances this past week starting with a 56-34 win over Ramsey in which they used a 28-9 third quarter to blow it open. Michael Murphy had 20 points. The Cowboys then beat Mahwah, 62-33, and led 40-10 at the half as Nick Guillemain had 19 points. Finally, they dominated Passaic Tech on Saturday, 73-52, leading 41-19 at the half. They will host Fort Lee and DePaul this week and Ramapo on Saturday in the Jamboree. |

The Indians had their 7 game win streak snapped by rival Old Tappan on Thursday afternoon 57-48 despite having a 17-8 lead after 1 quarter. On Tuesday they beat up on River Dell 74-45 and led 32-18 at the half, Matt Vasel finished with 28 points. St. Joes Tuesday on the road and Teaneck away on Thursday before getting Hackensack on Saturday in the Jamboree. |

After losing to DePaul in a matchup of Wayne schools on Sunday, 71-66, the Patriots battled back to win three games this week starting with Passaic Valley on the road, 59-45 as Joey Belli had 22 points. They then beat Lakeland, 78-60, as Patrick Gilmore had 20 points. Finally, on Saturday, they beat Allentown Central Catholic, 62-54, as Justin Wills finished with 21 points. Three wins and a different leading scorer in each. Huge game with in town rival Wayne Valley on Tuesday at home and at Fair Lawn on Thursday. |

The Indians have now won 7 of their last 8 as they head into their showdown with Wayne Hills on the road Tuesday night. Started with a win over West Mlford, 77-49, as Matt Widovic had 20 points and they knocked off Passaic Valley, 44-29, as they led 26-8 at the break. AJ Tedesco had 17 points, Finally, they easily took care of Garfield, 77-41. Will get Lakeland after Wayne Hills. |

RIDGEWOOD (10-6) -- The Maroons are set for a huge game on Saturday in the Jamboree against 1-loss Dwight Englewood after posting wins over Ramapo, 55-38, on the road, and led 31-18 at the break. Easily beat Hasbrouck Heights in the Jamboree as both Michael Schretter and Quin Peane had 14 points each. Also this week: Old Tappan on the road Tuesday night and Indian Hills on Thursday night. |

Against EP, Max Weiner had 20 points. On Tuesday they beat Ridgefield Park, 55-34, behind 14 points from Antonio Bonilla. They lost to Demarest,

The Spartans have suffered five of their eight losses to teams in the Top 5 with two of them coming this past week against Bergen Catholic, 88-52, and Don Bosco Prep, 92-58, two of the top 10 teams in the state. However, on Sunday, they beat Wayne Hills 71-66 as they outscored the Patriots 39-31 in the second half led by Zion Bethea, who had 23 points. Dwight Morrow on Tuesday at home and at Pascack Hills on Thursday. |
