We are pleased to announce the return of the NorthJerseySports.com army of interns for the spring of 2017. With ever-growing coverage, NorthJerseySports.com offers a unique internship working experience in a fun environment with many opportunities. Learn from an experienced and award-winning staff while getting the chance to work with the best student-athletes and coaches in Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic Counties. The relationships built during your internship will help serve you throughout your college and professional careers. Our program can work your school's internship programs that offer high school and college credits.
•Reporter/Writer -- If you enjoy reading/ watching stories on NorthJerseySports.com, interested in journalism, or want to just watch a sporting event as a job, we want you to be a reporter for us! Learn from an experienced staff of reporters with over a decade of covering high school sports. We offer opportunities writing articles on games and features. Also build your reel with on camera reporting at the biggest high school sporting events in New Jersey.
•Video Producer -- Highlights and video features, including our weekly Athlete of the Week interview, have become a popular hit in the North Jersey community. With a staff full of experience from major sport networks, learns the ins and outs of the business while growing your skill set. Work on creating highlights, working on interviews, shooting game video or even come up with a feature of your own!
•Photographer -- The photos on NorthJerseySports.com have been a fan favorite for years, capturing in-game moments of players and coaches. Learn shooting techniques, working with professional equipment, and how to take the perfect picture that everyone will want to buy as a poster!
•Advertising and Marketing Manger/Strategist --More interested in business? Help grow the NorthJerseySports.com brand while getting to work in an area with the most businesses in the country. Work with current advertisers and bring in new businesses in a competitive market. Also come up with creative ideas to increase traffic and interest in the site. Work with the social media team to add followers and subscribers while increasing NorthJerseySports.com's social media presence.
•Web Page Designer -- Having begun the renovation of NorthJerseySports.com in January, help us finish the job! Learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile use sites. You'll be able to create your own personal site that employers will instantly be attracted to.
